Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Kalimly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.
Plans and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Usage beyond your plan's allowances (such as AI replies) may pause until your next cycle or require a top-up, as described on our Pricing page.
Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Kalimly to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or content that violates the messaging platforms you connect (e.g. Meta's WhatsApp/Instagram policies).
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to access another business's data or disrupt the service for other users.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission.
AI-generated replies
Kalimly's AI assistant is designed to answer only from your own catalog, knowledge base, and business profile. You remain responsible for reviewing the information you provide it and for the conversations it has with your customers on your behalf.
Intellectual property
Kalimly and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of your own business content (catalog, knowledge base, customer data) that you upload to the service.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalimly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
