Billing should never be the confusing part of running your business. Here's exactly when a charge is refundable, when it isn't, and how to ask us for one.

01

Subscription plans

Subscription fees are billed for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and are non-refundable for the current billing period once that period has started, except where required by law.

02

Message and add-on top-ups

Message-balance top-ups and other add-ons are billed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once consumed. An unused, unconsumed top-up may be eligible for a refund within a reasonable period after purchase — contact us to request one.

03

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period already paid for.
